Delivery
Delivery is normally within a week of order.

Orders can be placed directly on the website or via telephone on 01865 791 400. (If there is no answer please leave your name and number and I will phone you back as soon as possible) or alternatively complete the attached order form and faxing back to 01865 245 064.

Returns
If any wines are damaged during transit, or the wrong wine is delivered, we will offer a full refund or replacement as long as we are notified within 2 days of delivery and the packaging is kept for inspection by the couriers. Any incorrect wine will obviously need to be returned to us.
Cancelling your order
If you change your mind about an order you can notify us within 1 week of delivery and we will refund your money less the cost of delivery and return carriage. All goods must be returned in the same condition as dispatched.
